Majestic Publishers seeks eyewitness testimony of torture under anti-opioid laws

(Harrison, AR.) Dale Adams owner of Majestic Publishers Inc., is challenging the Constitutionality of anti-opioid legislation which is forcing physicians to torture American citizens. On July 22, 2016, Congress passed the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016, (CARA) 130 STAT 698, Public Law 114-198, requiring State Boards of Health to enact similar rules and regulations (to received federal funding) further invading upon the doctor-client relationship. The new rules from the Arkansas State Board of Health eliminate doctor discretion denying adequate humane care to patients. The physician Dr. Ryan Krafft of Interventional Pain Management, Harrison, Arkansas stated that he could not prescribe pain pills to anybody unless they were recovering from spinal surgery. Dale Adams has heard numerous victims of chronic pain are suffering from severe pain and is requesting eyewitness testimony of how these

Dale Adams is seeking notarized affidavits from others who suffer from laws Congress created usurping power from physicians, forcing doctors to offer inhumane care to the less fortunate. The affidavits need to answer the five W’s; when, what, where, how and why to clearly state the physical or even emotional harm endured from the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016, (CARA). Government “science” has claimed that pain medication only works 8-10 weeks so it is not worth patients taking, whereas Dale Adams and his family have taken pain pills off and on for years and they are always effective on them – to relieve severe pain. Those affidavits will be presented to the federal judge as evidence that Congress is acting outside their scope of lawful authority unwisely eliminating the wisdom of educated physicians to cause irreparable harm to citizens. Please mail a copy of those legal documents to the address listed below for a chance to obtain humane laws that do not dictate citizens are to be tortured – by our physicians. Federal common law below holds that Congress may have violated international treaties and United States law with the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016, (CARA).

Ali v. Rumsfeld, 649 F. 3d 762 (D.C. Cir. 2011) “No official of the Government, federal, state or local, civilian or military, is authorized to commit or to instruct anyone else to commit torture. Nor may an official condone or tolerate torture in any form. No exceptional circumstances may be invoked as a justification of torture. United States law contains no provision permitting otherwise prohibited acts of torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment to be employed on grounds of exigent circumstances (for example, during a “state of emergency”) or on orders from a superior officer or public authority, and the protective mechanisms of an independent judiciary are not subject to suspension. The United States is committed to the full and effective implementation of its obligations under the Convention throughout its territory.” (Public Domain).
