Re: Original Jurisdiction Petition for Contempt

Honorable Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,

Please find enclosed the Petition for Contempt of Court which was mailed to the parties and the United States Supreme Court involved on October 2, 2017. On the date of October 6, 2017, a Mr. Scott S. Harris, Clerk c/o Jacob C. Travers returned this unfiled petition to us denying our First Amendment rights and every other enumerated and fundamental right. I have resubmitted this petition for your review. In United States v. Shipp, 214 U.S. 386 (1909) only one United States Supreme Court Justice made the decision to hear the case for contempt. I appreciate your thoughtful consideration.

Signed and mailed on this 28th day of October, 2017.

Respectfully submitted.
